Ms. Dowse attended Murdoch University School of Law in Western Australia before immigrating to the US where she has now taken and passed the bar exam in California and Nevada. In addition to studying law, Ms. Dowse also holds a bachelor of arts in Public Relations. In her free time, Ms. Dowse is a SCUBA instructor and avid rock climber who can usually be found with a book in her hand.
