I can say so with confidence because of how well my case was handled, how my assigned lawyer (Veronica Buckels), case manager (Cristina Espinoza) and the lien negotiator (Abril Zamora) interacted with me and how satisfied I was with the resolution of my case. Love them all but a BIG shout out to Abril the lien negotiator for reducing those bills. Lol.Background Information: I had already signed a contract with a different law firm but I was very unhappy with how things were progressing or should I say not progressing. Additionally, that lawyer was collecting his 33.33% + fees but wanted me to do all the research and information/record gathering. Moreover, he kept losing the bill for the ambulance services and never followed up on it like he promised and I received a delinquent notification.I was very frustrated and didn't know what to do.
