How long do I have to file a hostile work environment claim?

I was in an accident last December amd didn't know what to do. I had called a different firm regarding my accident before I was referred to Razavi Law Group. And let me tell you just based on first interactions from both firms you call tell who was more about the money and who was more about caring for the client.
